At Nice Trading, we understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel your order. Our Cancellation Policy is designed to provide you with flexibility while maintaining fairness and efficiency for both our customers and our team.
Order Cancellations Before Dispatch
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@nicetrading.uk. Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without any additional cost. Once your cancellation request is confirmed, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during purchase.
Orders Already Dispatched
If your order has already been dispatched or is in transit, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you may still be eligible to return the item under our Return Policy once it has been delivered. Please review our Return Policy page for detailed instructions.
Custom or Bulk Orders
For bulk wholesale purchases, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. Due to the nature of wholesale and bulk supply, once products are prepared and packed, cancellations may not be accepted.
Refunds & Processing Time
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, the time it takes for funds to appear in your account may vary.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the cancellation is made before dispatch.
